Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and the quantity of products purchased. How long does it take for a buyer to receive an order?

On average, goods are produced and shipped from our facility within 5-7 business days of purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (5-10 days for domestic and 7-15 days for international).

Can an order be shipped to multiple addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.

Will I be charged VAT?

Items shipped internationally from the U.S. are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Tax). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
